Trade Quality Tool Specialist Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Tool Specialist to join our team at Total Tools Townsville. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer service and providing expert advice on trade quality tools.

About the Role:
  • This is a full-time opportunity with competitive wages and flexible rosters.
  • You will have the chance to undergo ongoing product training in market leading brands like Bosch, Makita, and Milwaukee.

The ideal candidate will have previous retail and/or trade experience, a passion for tools, and excellent interpersonal skills. If you are a dedicated and customer-focused individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities:
  • Process sales transactions efficiently and accurately.
  • Provide expert advice and information on trade quality tools to customers.
  • Support customer queries and offer solutions to ensure their satisfaction.
  • Maintain store displays and ensure a well-presented store.
  • Process and maintain customer orders with attention to detail.
Requirements:
  • Prior retail and/or trade experience.
  • Strong understanding and passion for trade quality tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Familiarity with computer systems and technology.
  • Availability to work weekdays, weekends, and some public holidays.
