The Role We're looking for a senior growth strategist (aka our sales & marketing leader).

You'll have full autonomy to own our growth strategy, while reporting KPI's and finance tracking directly to our leadership team.

This role is perfect for someone who's hungry to scale an agency, thrives on hitting targets, and knows how to blend strategy, creativity, and sales.

You'll be the one driving new business, leading our growth campaigns, and making sure we're front and centre in the eCommerce & marketing world.

Growth & Sales Drive overall growth of our agency (MoM & YoY revenue targets).

Manage inbound + outbound pipelines (warm leads & cold outreach via CRM).

Run discovery & sales calls (confident talking numbers and pricing).

Create & execute sales strategies aligned with agency goals.

Prepare proposals via workflow tool & manage client billing alongside Operations.

Keep agency revenue + lead trackers up to date and optimised.

Marketing & Campaigns Oversee our paid ad strategy (Media Team to run campaigns).

Own lead-gen for our 4 main services: Full Management, Paid Media, EDM & Coaching Program.

Collaborate with EDM + design teams on killer flows for us (welcome, nurture, re-engagement).

Script and plan creative ads for Meta, working with the creative team.

Build/brief high-converting landing pages in ClickFunnels.

Marketing Systems & Website Ensure sales funnels + onboarding processes are optimised Manage tools: CRM, ClickFunnels, ManyChat, Zapier Oversee website updates + optimisation with external developers Social Media & Content Lead our social strategy (Insta + LinkedIn).

Write captions, schedule content, keep up an 8 posts/month cadence + stories.

Coordinate shoots (team photos, client testimonial vids, etc.).
