We are seeking a highly motivated Chief Growth Officer to lead our sales strategy and drive business expansion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cultivate new business opportunities through proactive outreach, networking, and relationship-building.
  • Convert prospects into lucrative partnerships.
  • Establish strong relationships with referral partners to enhance revenue growth.
  • Evaluate rental properties and provide expert advice to clients.
  • Represent the organization at industry events and conferences.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads and client interactions in our CRM system.
Requirements
  • A valid QLD Certificate of Registration is required for this position.
  • A current QLD Driver's Licence is mandatory.
  • The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' experience as a Real Estate Business Development Manager.
  • A proven track record of driving growth and achieving success.
  • Excellent communication and time management skills are essential for this role.
