Job Description

We're seeking an experienced Marketing Strategy Lead to support the business in Australia and New Zealand. As a key member of our team, you'll play a pivotal role in developing and leading the implementation of marketing strategies that enhance our brand presence, engage our target markets, and drive business growth in the ANZ region.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Develop and execute tailored go-to-market strategies in close collaboration with ANZ business stakeholders, ensuring seamless execution of the marketing plan.
  2. Align local marketing plans with global priorities through collaboration with regional and global marketing teams.
  3. Understand ANZ market trends, opportunities, and competitive landscapes to sharpen marketing strategies for respective target markets.
Campaign Management
  1. Plan, execute, and manage integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, email, and events.
  2. Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
Thought Leadership and Content Creation
  1. Develop local content strategies in close collaboration with local business unit leads and the AP Marketing Lead.
  2. Facilitate profiling of key thought leaders and help shape their personal branding as industry subject matter experts.
  3. Identify and organize effective participation in industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote the dss+ brand and insights.
  4. Develop compelling and engaging content for various marketing materials, including case studies, points of view, and social media posts.
  5. Ensure all content aligns with the dss+ brand voice and messaging.
Salary

The estimated annual salary for this position is between $80,000 - $120,000 AUD, depending on experience and qualifications.
