Senior Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing a substantial portfolio of existing business while identifying new opportunities.

Your primary focus will be on maintaining and growing existing client relationships, as well as coaching and mentoring senior account executives within the team.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage a significant book of $700K existing business
  2. Maintain and grow existing client relationships
  3. Coach and mentor senior account executives
  4. Provide expert guidance and advice through renewal processes
  5. Identify and pursue new business opportunities
