We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Patient Liaison Officer.
Key Responsibilities- Assess patient eligibility and guide financial elections to ensure accurate revenue capture.
- Support private and compensable patient processes by working with clinical and administrative teams.
- Manage overseas visitor billing and provide education to staff on revenue procedures.
- Exceptional customer service, verbal communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and problem-solve with limited guidance.
- Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise competing demands.
- Accurate judgment in applying financial classifications and NSW revenue-related policies.
- Ability to undertake documentation reviews and quality checks.
