Support Professional for Community Living

About the RoleWe're seeking Support Professionals who share our values of BRAVE and have a passion for empowering individuals with disabilities to lead fulfilling lives.
Key Responsibilities- Provide community living services to assist people with a disability to be actively involved in their local community.
- Support individuals with personal care and domestic duties.
We offer full training, competitive hourly rates, paid travel time and kilometres, direct reimbursement of tolls/parking costs incurred at work, access to salary packaging and opportunity for accredited training through our RTO and TAFE partnerships.
RequirementsTo succeed in this role, you'll need transferrable skills in providing care and compassion to others, a valid VIC Driver's Licence, reliable vehicle, flexibility to work on a 24/7 rotating roster, Current First Aid and CPR Certificate, NDISWC Clearance, ability to meet the physical requirements of the job and good computer, communication and interpersonal skills.
