Customer Relationship Manager Opportunity

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Customer Relationship Manager to join our team. In this key role, you will build and maintain strong relationships with our target customers, understand their needs, and develop solutions to meet those needs.

As a Customer Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction across your assigned territory. You will work closely with our Channel Manager and Branch Managers to achieve this goal.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as a proven track record in business development and account management. A passion for providing solutions and service is essential in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with our Channel Manager and Branch Managers to achieve sales targets.
  • Utilize CRM systems to manage customer interactions and sales performance.
  • Attend and participate in sales meetings, trade shows, and training sessions.
