Lead Sales Executive

The Opportunity:

A leadership position is available to lead our Mackay team comprising sales operators, along with in-house service technicians. This role requires proficiency in sales, cultivating customer relationships and devising solutions for new clientele.

This leadership position involves managing labor schedules, guaranteeing customer satisfaction, and reporting directly to the Regional Manager. A self-driven and results-focused leader with experience in attaining measurable sales successes in the Industrial sector is suitable for this role.

SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATES WILL POSSESS:

  • Experience in an industrial sales role.
  • Knowledge of industrial manufacturing/distribution.
  • 5+ years' experience in managing/leading teams.
  • Mechanical technical competency.
  • Operational experience with ERP/manufacturing/warehousing systems.

A strong communicator will influence both shop floor and senior decision-makers. Strong written and presentation abilities are crucial, coupled with a commitment to achieving team objectives.
