About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Internal & Industrial Sales Representative preferably with a background in plastics sales. This role blends office-based internal sales with industrial account management, providing technical advice, managing orders, and developing long-term relationships with industrial clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage inbound enquiries via phone, email, and face-to-face interactions
  • Prepare accurate quotes and process orders
  • Provide technical advice on plastic products (sheet, rod, tube, profiles, and fabricated items)
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with industrial customers
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within existing and new accounts
  • Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to meet customer requirements

Skills & Experience

  • Proven internal and industrial sales experience within the plastics industry
  • Strong technical product knowledge and application understanding
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to interpret customer requirements and provide tailored solutions
  • Attention to detail with high accuracy in quoting and order entry
  • Proficiency with MS Office and ERP systems
  • Self-motivated and target-driven
