Essential Skills and Qualifications

  • Experience in retail people leadership is essential.
  • You should be confident in setting goals and targets with your team and managing their success.
  • A strong understanding of visual merchandising of fashion/apparel is required.
  • You must model exceptional customer service and coach a team to deliver the same.
  • Ability to resolve complaints and queries in a professional manner is necessary.
  • Focused on zero harm, you understand the safety of customers and team is top priority.
