Job Title: Training Services Manager

As a leader in our organization, you will be responsible for managing a high-performing regional team delivering vocational education and training services.

This role requires a strategic thinker and strong communicator with the capability to build and maintain partnerships across government, community, education providers, and industry stakeholders.

About The Role:

You'll be the driving force behind operational excellence, stakeholder engagement, and staff development—ensuring that programs meet regulatory and contractual obligations, while improving training access and outcomes in your region.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  1. Lead a regional team delivering vocational education and training services.
  2. Build and maintain partnerships across government, community, education providers, and industry stakeholders.
  3. Ensure program compliance with regulatory and contractual obligations.
  4. Improve training access and outcomes in your region.
Requirements:
  • Proven leadership and people management experience.
  • Strong knowledge of the VET system, Apprenticeships & Traineeships, and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Ability to analyse complex problems and develop practical, evidence-based solutions.
  • High ethical standards, professionalism, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
