Job Opportunity for Trainer and Assessor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Trainer and Assessor to support the delivery of our programs.

  • This role will involve delivering training sessions, engaging students, and maintaining a student-centered approach.
  • The ideal candidate will have experience in identifying barriers to learning, using effective learning techniques, and bringing learning to life for students.

About You:

  • You should be a driven, supportive, and community-minded individual with a strong passion for working with disadvantaged learners and non-English speakers.
  • A postgraduate qualification in TESOL is essential, and you should hold TAE40116 or TAE40110 certifications.
  • Strong knowledge of the VET sector and the National Standards for RTOs (2015) is also required.
  • Additional skills in training facilitation and assessment within vocational areas would be beneficial.
