Are you passionate about vocational education and training?
- This is a dynamic role in which you will be responsible for the coordination, delivery, and continuous improvement of accredited training programs.
You will lead course planning, delivery, and assessment strategies to ensure student engagement, wellbeing, and retention.
- Key responsibilities include:
- Leading course planning, delivery, and assessment strategies
- Providing educational leadership and support to trainers
- Maintaining strong industry and stakeholder relationships
- Overseeing compliance, quality assurance, and continuous improvement
What you will bring includes:
- Minimum 5 years' experience in vocational education and training
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or equivalent)
- Strong understanding of ASQA standards and RTO compliance
- Proven ability to manage programs and lead teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Current Working With Children Check and National Criminal History Check
- First Aid Certificate (desirable)
