We are seeking a seasoned Program Manager to lead the delivery of high-quality training programs in vocational education.

About The Role
  • Develop and execute comprehensive course planning strategies, ensuring alignment with industry needs and standards.
  • Promote educational leadership and support to trainers, fostering a collaborative environment that drives student success.
  • Maintain strong relationships with industry stakeholders, ensuring program relevance and effectiveness.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and quality assurance frameworks.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of marketing strategies, promoting courses to relevant audiences.
Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the delivery of accredited training programs in areas such as Business, IT & Digital Literacy, and Hospitality.
  • Support trainers and students to ensure successful program outcomes, providing guidance and resources as needed.
  • Foster partnerships with industry stakeholders to align training with workforce needs, driving economic growth and development.
  • Monitor and report on program performance, using data to inform continuous improvement and strategic decision-making.
What You'll Bring
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in vocational education and training, with a proven track record of program management.
  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40122 or equivalent), demonstrating expertise in adult learning principles and pedagogy.
  • A strong understanding of ASQA standards and RTO compliance, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements.
  • Proven ability to manage complex programs, lead teams, and build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences and promote program value.
  • A current Working With Children Check and National Criminal History Check, ensuring safeguarding and child protection.
  • A First Aid Certificate and C Class Driver's Licence, demonstrating commitment to safety and risk management.
