Senior Food Service Manager Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Food Service Manager to join our team. As a key member of our hospitality and catering services, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional culinary experiences to our customers.

About the Role:
  • Prepare high-quality, buffet-style meals for breakfast, lunch, dinner, desserts, and events
  • Maintain strict adherence to food safety standards, ensuring compliance with OH&S and HACCP regulations
  • Support kitchen operations by managing inventory, receiving supplies, and monitoring cold room controls
  • Provide exceptional customer service during all interactions
Requirements:
  • Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or equivalent qualification
  • Licence and transport to access site, no public transport required
  • Proven experience in large commercial kitchens, preferably in a Defence setting
  • Strong knowledge of HACCP, allergen management, and food safety procedures
  • Poised, with a focus on quality, presentation, and attention to detail
