Food Service Operations Manager

As a senior food service leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our kitchen team. Your goal is to deliver high-quality meals while maintaining a safe and healthy environment.
Main Responsibilities:- Manage a team of kitchen staff, ensuring all health and safety regulations are met.
- Oversee meal preparation and serving, guaranteeing timely delivery to exceptional standards.
- Supervise and mentor kitchen personnel, fostering teamwork and maintaining a smooth operation.
- Ensure food is prepared in a clean, hygienic environment that meets all health codes.
- Improve food quality and work processes while maintaining a tidy and organized kitchen.
You will play a key role in upholding our Work Health and Safety (WHS) and HACCP standards. As a senior leader, you will embody our organization's values of integrity, compassion, and excellence in everything you do.
About You:- Hold a Commercial Cookery Certificate or equivalent qualification, and at least 4 years of experience in the food industry, including supervisory roles.
- Be passionate about food quality, hygiene, and safe working practices.
- Be a team player with strong leadership skills, ready to inspire and develop others.
