Are you an experienced sales professional with a passion for the food industry? We're looking for a Key Account Manager to take ownership of some of our most important customer relationships and help shape the future of our business across Australia. Role can be based in Sydney or Melbourne

We are looking for someone to work closely with internal and external stakeholders to deliver value, innovation, and service excellence.
Responsibilities
Reporting to the Australian Sales Manager, you will:
- Manage and grow key food industry accounts across your territory
- Be the face of the business for key clients and suppliers — building trust and solving problems
- Identify new opportunities within existing customers and provide expert support on product selection and commercial proposals to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Identify opportunities for new ingredients andsuppliers and manage those relationships as required
- Develop tailored sales strategies and drive revenue growth
- Collaborate with logistics and operations teams to ensure smooth supply
- Maintain accurate CRM data, sales reports, and forecasts
- Stay informed on market trends and competitor activity
What You'll Need to Succeed
- 10+ years of B2B sales experience in account or product management within the food industry
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to develop customer relationships
- Customer-centric mindset with strengths in problem-solving and strategic thinking
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with ability to work well with a team
- Highly organised, self-driven and motivated
- Degree in Food Science or a related field (preferred)
