We have an exciting opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Assistant to join the Class Super Group, People & Culture team within a fixed-term contract position.

This role is essential in supporting our recruitment processes, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for candidates, and assisting in the efficient operation of the Talent Acquisition function.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Schedule interviews with candidates and align with hiring managers' availability.
  • Coordinate interview logistics, including meeting rooms and video conferencing.
  • Provide candidates with detailed interview information and ensure a positive experience.
  • Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Prepare and send offer letters, contracts, and other relevant documentation.
  • Assist with onboarding, including new hire packets and orientation schedules.
  • Serve as the primary contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers, recruiters, and external agencies.
  • Track and report on key recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill and diversity metrics.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, employment laws, and industry best practices.

Key Skills Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred (not essential).
  • 1-2 years of experience in a recruitment, HR, or administrative role.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus.
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
