The Opportunity

We're seeking a high-performing and energetic Talent Acquisition team member to join our Sydney or Melbourne office. This role is open to internal candidates, and we welcome both part-time and full-time applications.

In this role, you'll play a crucial part in supporting Urbis & Cistri's strategic objectives and growth plans by providing high-quality administrative support and coordination assistance to our Talent Acquisition Specialist in the end-to-end recruitment process.

Your Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team through coordination of end-to-end recruitment processes, including drafting and posting job adverts, interview scheduling, and reference checks.
  • Manage the careers inbox and act as the first point of contact for internal and external inquiries.
  • General recruitment and applicant online filing and file maintenance.
  • Work with the Talent Acquisition and People & Culture team members to develop the national and regional student internship induction program.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, and legislation relevant to the jurisdiction.
  • Support the broader People & Culture team with initiatives and projects as necessary.

About You

  • Administrative work experience (HR experience is advantageous but not essential).
  • Degree in Human Resources (advantageous but not essential).
  • Excellent administrative, time management, and organizational skills.
  • Intermediate to advanced level of experience using the Microsoft Office suite of products (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
  • Strong attention to detail and high professional standards.
