Job Description

Starcom is seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our team in Melbourne. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, developing media plans, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver best-in-class work.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage client relationships and develop media plans to meet client objectives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated campaigns
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders
  • Manage and analyze data to inform media planning decisions
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in media, advertising, or marketing
  • Strong skills in client service, stakeholder management, project management, and omni-channel media planning
  • A solid understanding of offline, online, and emerging channels
  • Expertise in industry planning tools to deliver optimum plans for client KPIs/target
  • Able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Strong understanding of the financial process
  • Confident communication and presentation skills
  • Able to upskill and mentor junior members of the team
  • Able to multi-task and manage multiple and shifting priorities
  • Possess a curious nature with a willingness for continuous learning and fearless growth
