Health and Wellbeing Advisor

The Wellbeing & Injury Support Officer plays a pivotal role in the delivery of our Return to Work and Health & Wellness Programs.
This position involves providing administrative support to senior managers and teams, undertaking workplace assessments, and promoting health and wellbeing initiatives across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities- Support the development and implementation of our Return to Work Program
- Undertake workplace ergonomic assessments and provide recommendations for improvement
- Promote and coordinate health and wellbeing activities, including events and campaigns
- Diploma qualification or extensive experience in a relevant field
- In-depth knowledge of Return to Work Processes, rehabilitation, and workers compensation legislation
- Return to Work Coordinator Certificate
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including data analysis and reporting
