
Strategic Wellbeing Partner

This role offers an opportunity to develop and implement comprehensive wellbeing services across various business units, focusing on employee health and wellbeing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and execute strategies to enhance the organisation's approach to supporting employee health and wellbeing.
- Engage with managers and stakeholders to drive improvements in employee wellbeing and psychosocial performance.
- Deliver programmes and interventions that support employee wellbeing across the organisation.
- Provide expert advice on legislation, policies, and guidelines related to employee wellbeing.
- Build accountability across all levels of the organisation to promote a culture of wellbeing.
- Offer professional advice and solutions to improve risk management and ensure employee wellbeing is enhanced through their employment.
Requirements:
- Tertiary qualifications in an Allied Health profession or a relevant discipline.
- Experience in implementing wellbeing programs in complex organisations.
- Experience working in health and safety functions, with specific expertise in psychosocial safety and risk management.
- Strong knowledge of psychosocial risk and Workers Compensation legislation.
- High-level attention to detail and focus on risk management.
