Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Wellbeing Business Partner to support the development and implementation of comprehensive wellbeing services across our business units.


About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a professional with expertise in developing systems and processes to improve employee health and wellbeing. The successful candidate will engage with managers and stakeholders to drive improvements in health, wellbeing and psychosocial performance.


  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Create and implement strategies to enhance employee health and wellbeing.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and address wellbeing gaps.
  • Design and deliver wellbeing programs that meet the needs of our employees.
  • Provide expert advice on wellbeing-related legislation and policies.
  • Foster a culture of accountability among employees.
  • Offer guidance on risk management and employee wellbeing.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:


  • Tertiary qualifications in Allied Health or a related field.
  • Experience in implementing wellbeing programs in a complex organisation.
  • A strong background in health and safety with psychosocial risk management experience.
  • Knowledge of psychosocial risk and Workers Compensation legislation.
  • Excellent attention to detail and risk management skills.
  • An Occupational Therapist qualification is desirable.
