About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Performance Media Manager to join our growing media team at Havas Media AG.

Job Description:

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving forward the success of performance-oriented media accounts. You will lead and implement strategies across all core paid search and social channels, ensuring alignment with client goals and expectations.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include campaign management, account management, implementation, optimisation, and team development.

Campaign Management:
  • Monitor and manage the daily running of paid search and social accounts for clients.
  • E nsure all accounts are set up according to best practice and restructure inherited accounts where necessary.
  • Manage budgets effectively to avoid underspend or overspend.
  • Forecast expected campaign performance accurately for clients.
Account Management:
  • Oversee the overall client performance media programs for a designated portfolio, including day-to-day client relationships and strategy implementation.
Implementation:
  • Collaborate with the team to create holistic digital media plans rooted in campaign business objectives, across paid search and social.
  • Deliver end-to-end performance campaigns against targets.
  • Provide regular performance reporting and in-depth insights on a weekly basis.
Optimisation:
  • Work closely with the Analytics team to ensure campaigns are run and tested with rigor to gain appropriate learnings.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement beyond SEM.
  • Highlight opportunities for innovation and improvement on the client account through media, marketing, creative, technological, or process change.
Team Development:
  • Mentor and guide junior team members, taking responsibility for their growth and development.
  • Complete junior team member performance reviews and KPI tracking.

What We Offer
