Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Performance Media Strategist to join our team in Sydney. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and driving forward the success of performance-oriented media accounts within our media team. This role requires a strong passion for driving results, a collaborative mindset, and a desire to constantly evolve our approach to drive meaningful growth for clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and manage day-to-day running of paid search and social accounts for clients
  • Ensure all accounts are set up to adhere to best practices and restructure inherited accounts where necessary
  • Strong budget management skills to avoid underspend/overspend
  • Forecast accurately expected performance of campaigns for clients
Account Management:
  • Manage the overall client performance media programs for a designated portfolio, including day-to-day client relationship and the efficient and effective implementation of strategy
Implementation:
  • Work with the team to create exceptional and holistic digital media plans, rooted in campaign business objectives, across paid search and social
  • Accountable for end-to-end delivery of performance campaigns against targets
  • Provide performance reporting and in-depth insights on a weekly basis
Optimisation:
  • Work closely with Analytics team to ensure that all campaigns are being run and tested with the rigor needed to gain appropriate learnings
  • Strive to identify improvements beyond SEM
  • Highlight opportunities for innovation and improvement on the client account through media, marketing, creative, technological or process change
Team Development:
  • Mentoring and guidance of junior team members, taking responsibility for their growth and development
  • Completion of junior team member performance reviews and KPI tracking
What We Offer:

We offer a competitive salary package of AU$120,000 - AU$150,000 per annum, depending on experience.
