Specialist Employment Law Expert

A dynamic and experienced employment lawyer is required to join our esteemed team. The successful candidate will possess a deep understanding of employment law, with expertise in general employment, safety, and industrial relations.
The ideal candidate will have the ability to provide practical, strategic, and forward-looking advice to clients on workplace issues arising at every stage of the employment relationship.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide expert advice on employment law to major Australian and multinational employers in both the private and public sectors;
- Act for Australian labour law regulators and state governments, enabling us to offer our clients commercial legal advice and insight into the latest developments in employment and industrial law;
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions;
- Stay up-to-date with the latest employment law developments, ensuring we remain at the forefront of industry trends and best practices;
- Minimum 3+ years' experience in employment law;
- Proven track record of providing high-quality advice and exceptional client service;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders;
- Ability to think critically and strategically, with a focus on delivering results-driven solutions;
- Adaptability and flexibility, with a willingness to take on new challenges and responsibilities;
