Strategic Operations Executive

The ideal candidate will provide high-level administrative support to the CEO, focusing on commercial growth, marketing strategies, and client partnerships. This role is pivotal in enhancing productivity and visibility while managing day-to-day initiatives that contribute to national growth, operational excellence, and brand presence.

This executive assistant will work closely with the CEO to manage and execute commercial and marketing strategies, ensuring branding consistency across digital and traditional media platforms.

Liaise with senior leadership team members, external partners, and clients to act as a key liaison between the CEO and stakeholders, managing sensitive business information with discretion and professionalism.

We seek a highly motivated and dynamic individual with strong commercial acumen, organisational skills, attention to detail, and excellent written and verbal communication skills. Experience in an executive assistant or operations role, ideally within commercial services or property sectors, is preferred.

The successful candidate will have a proactive mindset with a solution-oriented approach and a positive professional attitude. They will also possess strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, CRM systems, and presentation tools.
