About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Commercial Project Coordinator to join our team. In this critical role, you will play a pivotal part in ensuring the successful delivery of our construction projects.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent commercial acumen and contract management skills, with a strong focus on minimizing scope gaps and maximizing cost efficiencies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Planning and managing end-to-end commercial management of large subcontract and self-performed works
  • Preparing procurement strategies and assisting with Head Contract administration
  • Maintaining good working relationships with subcontractors and operating commercial and contract systems

In addition to your technical expertise, you will be responsible for:

Providing project support and ensuring timely completion of key milestones

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

A degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Economics, Quantity Surveying, Law, or Commerce, as well as postgraduate qualifications and a minimum of 5 years' experience as a Contracts Administrator or Quantity Surveyor in the construction and engineering industry.
