Job Description

The role of Business Partner is a key position within the Human Resources team, playing a vital part in supporting the business to achieve its strategic outcomes through its people. This results in a high-performing culture and an engaged workforce.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Contribute to the design, implementation, and execution of the company's People Plan.
  • Collaborate with leaders to develop and implement strategies for workplace change to deliver improved business outcomes.
  • Support and coach line leaders on managing all people matters, including culture, talent, succession, development, workforce planning, performance, recruitment, and onboarding activities, as well as disciplinary processes.
  • Assist, guide, and coach leaders to develop a high-performing culture.
  • Support line managers in establishing efficient and cost-effective people and business solutions.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, candidates should possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Experience as an HR professional who can build meaningful relationships with colleagues.
  • Ability to influence and lead change across a geographically diverse business.
  • Dedication to achieving business outcomes.
  • Capacity to coach and guide leaders on people-related matters.
  • Exposure to managing employment relations and industrial relations matters, including Enterprise Agreement negotiations.
