Job Overview:

Certis Security Australia is seeking a meticulous Quality and Compliance Specialist to provide administrative support to the Quality and Compliance Lead and functional leads across regulatory compliance, quality assurance, and incident management.

  • Develop and implement quality management systems to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal standards.
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement.
  • Design and deliver training programs on quality and compliance.
  • Monitor and analyze quality metrics and trends.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
  • Maintain accurate records of quality and compliance activities.
  • Ensure adherence to contract review and signing processes.
