Operations Coordinator Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-focused Operations Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will play a vital part in representing the company brand and delivering exceptional customer service.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Back of House Coordination: Oversee all aspects of Back of House operations, including coordination of Merchandising, Customer Service, and Client Services roles.
  • Repair and Service Management: Manage repair and service orders, ensuring timely completion and adherence to established quality standards.
  • Customer Interaction: Respond to customer inquiries via telephone, email, or in person, providing high-quality resolution following established processes and procedures.
  • Sales and Relationship Building: Apply consultative selling and product knowledge to develop ongoing customer relationships and confidence.
Key Requirements:
  • Experience: Minimum 1-2 years retail stock management/inventory control experience, preferably within the industry.
  • Problem-Solving and Communication Skills: Strong problem-solving ability and excellent communication skills – verbal and written.
  • Attention to Detail: Solid attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities, with proven multi-tasking experience and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Technical Skills: Advanced skills in MS Word, Excel, and other software applications.
