We are seeking driven, solution-oriented individuals to join our team at WISE Employment LTD. As an Employment Consultant, you will play a vital role in assisting people with disabilities, illnesses, injuries, or employment barriers to reach their full potential.
The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, empathy, and a strong sense of compassion. A background in customer service, sales, retail, call centers, hospitality, consulting, business development, or administration is highly desirable.
The ideal candidate must:
- Have full Australian working rights
- Hold a full Australian driver's license
- Be willing to obtain a National Police Check
- Be able to pass a Working with Children Check
- Demonstrate the WISE attributes: Customer Centricity, Curiosity, Resilience, Adaptability, Creativity, and a Growth Mindset
We offer a competitive salary starting from $69,000 per annum, plus Not-for-Profit Salary Packaging benefits, Superannuation, and more. Our comprehensive training program will equip you for success in Employment Services.
A day in the role involves developing strong relationships with participants, identifying and assessing barriers towards employment, creating job plans, increasing employability through training and support services, sourcing employment opportunities, and building relationships with employers and community organizations.
This position requires travel between our Maroondah region sites: Ringwood, Croydon, Lilydale, Healesville, and Yarra Junction. If you have a passion for making a difference and are committed to delivering exceptional results, we encourage you to apply.
