We are seeking a talented and compassionate professional to join our team as a Graduate Developmental Educator in Melbourne.
About the Role:
As a Developmental Educator at Everyday Independence, you will be part of an interdisciplinary team working towards creating positive outcomes for individuals with disabilities. Your primary responsibility will be to provide person-centered support and planning to ensure participants achieve the best possible quality of life. You will work closely with participants, their families, and support teams to build strong relationships and help them envision a life full of opportunities.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct initial assessments using evidence-based tools and develop personalized plans to meet participant needs.
- Liaise with the interdisciplinary team to provide wrap-around supports and capacity building for participants' support networks.
- Support participants in their daily lives, including home, work, school, or community settings.
- Attend regular team meetings, peer group supervision, and professional learning sessions to enhance your expertise and skills.
- Participate in reflective practice to develop evidence-based plans and share impact stories with the team.

- A competitive salary range of $83,582 - $100,342 per annum, inclusive of annual leave loading and superannuation.
