Job Overview

Seeking a skilled Human Resources professional to drive strategic workforce initiatives and deliver best practice services across various people leadership matters.

This role will work closely with the business and other experts within People and Culture to provide tailored approaches, coach managers, and facilitate high-quality HR initiatives that support business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver strategic workforce initiatives and cultural transformation programs
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on people management issues
  • Coach and mentor managers and supervisors to enhance their HR skills and knowledge
  • Collaborate with the broader People and Culture team to achieve business objectives and priorities
Requirements and Qualifications:

The successful candidate will hold tertiary level qualifications in Human Resource Management, Commerce/Business, or Psychology, or equivalent work experience in HR management. They will also have demonstrated experience in partnering with businesses, coaching managers, and delivering high-quality HR initiatives.

Additionally, they will possess strong communication and influencing skills, be able to develop and maintain trusted relationships, and have a commitment to ongoing personal and professional development.

They will also have a proven ability to analyze data and information, provide insights and reports that contribute to decision-making, and demonstrate a high level of analytical skills.
