The Role

Key Requirements

  • Tertiary level qualifications in Human Resource Management or related fields.
  • Demonstrated experience in partnering with business units and coaching managers to drive human resources initiatives.
  • Contemporary knowledge of human resources practices and commitment to ongoing professional development.
  • Understanding of employment-related legislation, awards, policies, and procedures.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills to build trusted relationships.
  • Able to analyze data and information to provide insights and comprehensive reports.
  • Purpose-driven approach to achieve objectives.
