Chief Technology Officer (CTO)

Are you an exceptional engineering leader with both technical depth and proven experience in guiding teams to success? We're seeking a seasoned startup CTO who can build groundbreaking products that deliver unmatched value to customers.

This role is for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment and is excited to contribute directly to the codebase while shaping the future of our technology. As a key member of our team, you'll lead our engineering function and work closely with our Chief Architect to refine and implement our technical strategy, alongside our Engineering Managers to drive day-to-day execution of our roadmap.

The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for innovation. They will be able to collaborate with cross-functional teams, prioritize tasks effectively, and maintain a customer-centric focus throughout their work.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Strategy & Leadership: Develop and execute a technology strategy that aligns with our business objectives, in partnership with the Chief Architect and other executives.
  • Collaboration & Partnership: Work closely with design and customer success teams to ensure our technology solutions deliver maximum value to customers.
  • Team Leadership & Development: Lead, mentor, and develop Engineering Managers and their teams, fostering a high-performance culture that reflects our company values.
  • Operational Excellence: Oversee the end-to-end execution of the product roadmap, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
