Job Title: Engineering Leader

We are seeking an experienced leader to drive technical excellence and innovation in our engineering team.

  • Lead a team of individual contributors to achieve technical expertise and deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Develop and manage squads to improve team performance and efficiency.

The successful candidate will have experience in leading and inspiring engineering teams, technical expertise, and leadership capabilities to design robust solutions and efficiently manage complex systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Technical Leadership: Develop and execute the technical strategy, lead technical design, and oversee system health.
  • People Leadership: Guide and manage individual contributors, identify emerging talent, conduct performance reviews, and partner with HR.
  • Delivery Leadership: Deliver product roadmaps, track progress, provide forecasts, lead prioritization, ensure team effectiveness, and manage project trackers.

Requirements:

  • Proficient in C# and Angular, Kotlin/React desirable.
  • Deep understanding of integration technologies, particularly those involving third-parties in a digital services context.
  • Practical experience of event-driven architecture.
  • Familiarity with business process management tools desirable.
