We are seeking a talented Executive Account Manager to join our team in North Sydney, NSW. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing executive-level client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth across various sectors.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Developing and executing targeted sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Managing executive-level client relationships and building trust.
- Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through proactive outreach and relationship-building.
- Collaborating with the sales team to achieve monthly targets and KPIs.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in Business Development Management or Account Management in a B2B environment.
- A passion for the sports, media, music, performing arts, film, TV & radio production, fashion, and creative industries.
- The ability to adapt your communication style to match client behavior.
- Experience in corporate TMCs or the entertainment industry is highly valued.
- A track record of successful sales experience demonstrated by specific achievements.
- Prior experience with cold calling or generating sales and leads in a corporate environment.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Active listening and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency with MS Office; Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Salesforce and LinkedIn Sales Navigator experience is preferred.
- You must be self-motivated and disciplined to work independently to achieve sales goals.
- A team player who enjoys collaboration with a tight-knit group.
This role offers a competitive salary package, including a base salary and uncapped commission, with top performers averaging $120k in the first year.
