About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Client Relationship Manager to join our team at UNSW Business School. As a Client Relationship Manager, you will play a critical role in expanding our customized learning solutions through strategic partnerships. You will work closely with our team to develop and implement sales strategies that meet client needs, build and sustain relationships with new clients, and develop tailored proposals to secure new business opportunities.


Key Responsibilities
  • Create and implement sales strategies to achieve targets by analyzing market trends and client requirements.
  • Build and sustain relationships with new clients through proactive communication and engagement.
  • Develop tailored proposals to secure new business opportunities and strengthen existing client relationships.

You will use your expertise to align client objectives with our learning solutions, drive client sales, and identify new opportunities. Additionally, you will take a proactive approach to connect with industry and government partners to promote the AGSM and UNSW value proposition.


Requirements
  • Tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline with 3-5 years of client relationship management experience.
  • Proven track record in meeting and exceeding sales targets, with experience in revenue generation and client acquisition in competitive markets.
  • Strong negotiation and influencing skills, with a history of stakeholder management.

The ideal candidate will possess high-level interpersonal skills for effective communication with stakeholders, clients, and professionals. They should be competent in budget preparation and client financial reporting, as well as proficiency with data analysis and visualization using Microsoft Suite and experience management tools.
