Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop annual plans, budgets, and forecasts for assigned divisions, ensuring alignment with the overall business strategy and key assumptions.
  • Ensure accurate month-end reporting, including completion of month-end accrual journals.
  • Prepare and present monthly financial performance packs for divisional heads, highlighting key trends and areas for improvement.
  • Perform financial modelling to generate key insights for the business.
  • Proactively identify risks and opportunities and recommend appropriate actions to deliver on the business plan.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders, serving as a trusted advisor on financial matters.

About You

We are looking for someone with 5+ years of finance business partnering experience working within a large, complex environment, or an ambitious finance professional considering a move from a Big 4/Mid-Tier audit/professional services firm.

Requirements

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex financial data into meaningful insights and recommendations.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
  • Ability to navigate complex business environments, manage competing priorities, and deliver high-quality results under tight deadlines.
  • Experience in financial modelling, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Qualifications: Professional accounting qualifications (e.g. CA, CPA, or equivalent).
