Job Title: Front Office Night Supervisor
Description:
- To manage the front office operations during night shifts, including leading a team of agents and maintaining accurate records.
- This role requires strong leadership skills to motivate and engage staff, ensuring exceptional customer service at all times.
- The supervisor will also be responsible for responding to guest feedback and implementing changes to prevent reoccurrence.
- A positive working relationship between departments and team members is essential for success in this position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the night shift operations, including training, development, and performance management of the team.
- Ensure accurate maintenance of records across guest and financial details.
- Motivate and engage staff to deliver five-star service.
- Ensure professional and efficient operations of the Front Office team.
- Respond to guest feedback and implement changes to prevent reoccurrence.
- Encourage a positive working relationship between departments and team members.

Requirements:
- Previous duty manager/supervisory experience in hotel/hospitality environment is advantageous.
- Knowledge in Opera Property Management System (PMS) or similar.
- Ability to work independently and take actions on guest requests appropriately.
- Second language (e.g., Mandarin or Cantonese) is advantageous.
- Strong organisation and time management skills.
