About the Role

This retail account management position involves planning and executing key main store accounts for F&P. Responsibilities include setting annual sale targets, product placement, marketing and promotional programmes. The successful candidate will also cultivate existing relationships to leverage growth opportunities, ensuring increased product market share and proactive support for all our key accounts.

Responsibilities

  • Increase sales and margins with key accounts through effective negotiation and relationship building
  • Translate strategic priorities into aligned plans, driving great results for all involved
  • Negotiate internally and externally at all levels, using strong influencing skills
  • Communicate clearly, receiving and giving constructive feedback to provide the best solutions for customers
  • Present, facilitate and lead training sessions with retail teams
  • Show high organisational skills, able to work autonomously
  • Demonstrate business acumen, with a strong interest in premium home appliances
