Role Overview

As a Category Manager, you will play a key role in driving category performance and developing strategic partnerships with suppliers.

  • Owning the category P&L and making data-driven ranging decisions
  • Cultivating relationships with existing and potential supplier partners to create mutually beneficial opportunities
  • Leveraging complex data analysis to identify trends, improve operational efficiency, and enhance customer experiences
  • Collaborating across functions with marketing, finance, supply chain, and advertising teams to achieve holistic business objectives
  • Developing team capabilities through coaching and knowledge sharing

A successful Category Manager at Amazon will be a determined learner, naturally curious, and passionate about developing our ways of working.

Key qualifications include:

  • At least 3 years of experience with Excel
  • 5+ years of retail, operations, product or program management, or business management/consulting with negotiations and delivering results experience
  • Bachelor's degree, or 3+ years of professional or military experience
