Job Title

A Retail Advisor is required to support the execution of national and localised retail strategies across various sectors, including offshore, mining, and remote living services.

This role involves working closely with procurement, operations, and finance teams to shape and implement the retail offering across a network of 83+ stores.

The ideal candidate will thrive in fast-paced environments, work well with distributed teams, and enjoy variety and autonomy in their work.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Support the execution of national and localised retail strategies across sectors.
  • Lead category and range development with a procurement lens.
  • Coordinate product rollouts and promotions with distributors, aligning with site needs and client expectations.
  • Drive performance reporting and insights across sales, margin, and consumer experience KPIs.
  • Partner with operational teams on-site and remotely to deliver retail excellence.
  • Assist with retail mobilisations for new sites and projects.
  • Conduct SWOT analyses and strategic reviews of category performance.
Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience in retail operations, ideally in FMCG, food service, supermarket or convenience formats.
  • Strong understanding of procurement, supplier coordination, and retail merchandising.
  • Confident working with stakeholders across operations, procurement, and supply chain.
  • High level of autonomy, resilience, and strategic thinking – this is a hands-on, build-as-you-go role.
  • Excel skills (you'll complete a brief test) and analytical mindset.
