HR Manager Job

Our organization is seeking a highly skilled HR Manager to oversee all aspects of retail human resources operations.

This includes talent acquisition, recruitment, payroll administration, and employee relations.

The successful candidate will collaborate with retail leaders and store employees to foster a dynamic and supportive workplace culture while ensuring compliance with employment legislation.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in human resources, with experience in recruitment, performance management, employee relations, and payroll administration.

They must also be knowledgeable about Australian employment laws and regulations, including modern awards.

A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business (with HR Major) is required, along with AHRI or CIPD Certification and ongoing professional development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Talent Partnership: Collaborate with regional store managers and store managers to develop and execute talent strategies.
  • Recruitment Expertise: Oversee the entire hiring process to find top talent.
  • Onboarding Experience: Guide new hires through an effective onboarding process.
  • HR Guidance: Provide expert guidance on people-related matters to managers and employees.
  • Payroll Administration: Manage Australian timekeeping and payroll processes.
  • Employee Relations: Foster a positive work culture by coaching management teams on HR matters.
