Community Solutions Advocate
">- This role supports the delivery of collaborative solutions and convening processes with stakeholders to create long-term community-led change.
- The successful candidate will maintain positive relationships, provide end-to-end support for meetings, workshops, and other activities, and contribute to written materials.
- Additionally, this role will help enable effective partnerships and ensure smooth delivery of convening processes.
- Maintain positive relationships with a diverse network of stakeholders, including community members, community organisations, place-based initiatives, and government officials.
- Provide end-to-end support for meetings, workshops, and other convening activities with internal and external stakeholders.
- Contribute to and coordinate the development and timely distribution of written materials, including meeting papers, progress reports, and correspondence.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in community services, policy, health, engagement, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail.
- Exceptional relationship development and management skills, comfortable engaging with a wide range of stakeholders.
- Highly organised and a strong administrator, with sound project management skills.
- Adaptable approach to managing multiple competing priorities in a start-up environment.
- Flexible work arrangements, prioritising agility in the workplace.
- Supportive team committed to maintaining a positive workplace culture and making an impact.
- Five weeks annual leave and two days volunteering leave per year.
