Change And Communications Analyst

**The company**:
Our client is a well-established and respected global company with a dedicated team who work to service customers across a broad range of industry sectors including mining, resources and construction.
Due to continued growth, the organisation is looking to appoint an Enterprise Applications Change & Communications Analyst to be based in their office on the southside of Brisbane. This role has flexible working arrangements and would suit an excellent communicator coming from a change and communications background.
**The role**:
This is a key role supporting projects delivered in a continuous delivery model (Agile) across the organisation. Responsibilities will include:
- Planning, coordinating and implementing change management and communications activities
- Delivering clear communication across organisation and multiple regions to ensure changes are embedded across the organisation
- Establishing and building on existing relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Collaboration with multiple departments to ensure solutions are delivered appropriately and that the outcomes are fit for purpose
**About You**:
You will bring the following skills and experience to the role:
- Experience in Change and Communications management
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate and influence across a variety of stakeholders at a senior level
- Experience in delivering strategic communications and engagement approaches
- Ability to work with Agile desirable
- Knowledge of SharePoint desirable
