Our client is seeking a suitably qualified and experienced individual to perform in the role of Communications and Change Lead. This role is for a period of 3 months - 36.25 hours per week.

In the role of Communications and Change Lead (IT), you will coordinate project communications and assist to inculcate the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system within council.
- Significant experience in the implementation of technology enabled business change projects where there is an emphasis on business transformation and service improvement.
- Highly developed consultancy and negotiation skills, with a strong focus on partnering with stakeholders to provide agreed business and technology outcomes.
- Demonstrated inclusive, collaborative and engaging approach; including the ability to consult, facilitate, negotiate and influence with a broad range of people at all levels in the organisation.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to manage conflicting priorities and meet deadlines.
- Highly developed people and relationship management skills with the ability to work in a positive team environment communicating and engaging effectively at all levels.
- Degree in a relevant business area of expertise or extensive experience in a similar role
