About the Role

  • Develop and maintain robust partnerships with clients by addressing their requirements and facilitating effective utilization of the Flywire International Payment Solution.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to design and implement targeted strategies for upselling and cross-selling services to existing clients.

To be successful, candidates must possess:

  • At least 5 years of experience in relationship management or account management in a similar capacity.
  • Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and planning skills.
  • Fluency in multiple languages is a significant advantage.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Smartsheets, Salesforce, Looker, and Zendesk would be beneficial.
